Mission Statement

Access Internal Medicine, PC was founded by Jeremy Pepper, PA-C with the vision of creating a medical practice as a source of encouragement and education, empowering patients toward better health. Through patient education and physician guided patient participation, we believe our patients experience better outcomes. Educating our patients about their medical illness and how to recognize problems significantly reduces unnecessary hospitalizations and needless suffering.

Jeremy Pepper, PA-C

Jeremy Pepper is a Board Certified Physician Assistant, providing primary care in the Wilmington area for over 18 years. He is the primary care provider for adults with a wide variety of conditions and is highly recommended by our patients for his attentiveness, comprehensive care, and expertise in the field of internal medicine.

He promotes the importance of a healthy, well-balanced diet and frequent exercise. He enjoys biking, camping and is a loving husband  and father of three children.

B.S. degree in PA Studies- Seton Hill University- Graduating with Honors Distinction

Our Advanced Care Team Consist of  a Health Coach and Care Coordinator. The importance of this team is to help Your PCP in the effort to provide patient centered care. Our Health Coach can assist in making the necessary health behavioral changes that you may need.  Having a Care Coordinator helps bring you the best possible care here at our office and with  your other providers. This allows the Provider to better serve your specific health care needs.
